Registration in C365 is very easy, the steps are as below:

       Step 2: Click on Create new Account.

       Step 3: Fill up the necessary information in the page.

If you have forgotten your password, we will need to reset it for you.

       Step 3: Enter your registered E-mail Id, and Click on submit button.

No! You don’t need to type your address every time you place an order.

An address once used will be saved in My Account -> Address Book link. You can go to your Address Book and modify your default Shipping (delivery) address and Billing address. You can also add more addresses using 'Add a new address' button. You can select any of the addresses instead of typing the shipping address while you are ordering.

SHIPPING


    C365 knows the importance of our customers receiving their purchases in good condition and on time. The whole delivery process is monitored closely to ensure timely and effective delivery to our customers. We use a large network of delivery partners who are efficient to make possible a smooth delivery overall.

You order would be delivered usually within 3-5 days in metro areas and between 5-7 days in all other regions.

However, sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances related to weather conditions, flight delays etc. it may take longer than the stipulated delivery time.

         Orders above Rs.1250 or more will be shipped free of cost.
         For any orders below Rs.1250, a nominal fee of Rs.50 would be applied.
Except for national and state holidays, the deliveries are usually done on business days / working days – Monday to Saturday .
Currently, we do not ship/deliver products internationally.
We work extremely hard to ensure that the delivery process is smooth and timely for our customers. However, the current logistics in India does not allow us to expedite any delivery.

TRACKING


Once your order has been processed at our facility you would be sent an email that contains the tracking number and name of the logistics provider.

For members, you can also track your order status by logging into your account.

Please use the tracking information provided to check the status of the order. You can also alternatively call the courier partner with your tracking information provided.

RETURN


Casual365.com offers its customers a 15 DAYS RETURN/EXCHANGE SERVICE, wherein you can request for a RETURN/EXCHANGE of product(s) within 15 days of its delivery. We work hard to ensure that our customers have a good experience when they shop with us. If you are not happy with your order you can return the product for full refund of the paid price.

All returns/exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Returns would be accepted only:
               If products are in a saleable condition with the original tags intact and the products are in their original packaging intact.
               The products must be unwashed and in undamaged condition.
               Please note that any product(s) with free gift(s) or combo(s) must also be returned in its entirety.

        There are two ways to return the product to us:

           PICK UP: We offer a free pick up service. You will see a pickup option when you submit a return request.
           SELF SHIP: If we do not offer a pick up at your location. In such cases, you would have to ship the product(s) to our warehouse. We will reimburse the shipping costs into your account in the form a cash voucher of RS.100, which you would be able to use it on your next purchase, provided the product meets the return/exchange policy and you have shared scan copy of the courier receipt with us.

        Note: If the returned/exchanged product(s) does not pass the quality check at our warehouse, we shall ship it back to you. No refunds or exchanges would be initiated.

Yes, you can return a part of the order in case of multiple items in an order. Any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.

However, if your purchase was made in the period of a special promotional offer, contests or any special scheme then special rules might apply for returns.

For refund eligible products - Once the returned item is received at our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check. Usually the refund process is initiated within two days of quality check.

Expected refund resolution timeline is 2-10 days post quality check dependent on the mode of payment done at the time of placing your order.

Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking/ Bank transfer: The time needed for refund is 2 to 10 business days.

Note:
  • The refund time really depends on the time it takes the courier company to deliver the packet to the returns processing facility.
  • With respect to the transfers made by Debit Card and Credit Card, the time taken for the refund finally depends on the designated bank in charge. If it were in our hands, we would have expedited the same, but unfortunately, we can't help but take a backseat. Usually, banks only shoot an SMS to the customers for credit amounts that are more than INR 5000. In case, your refund amount is less than INR 5000, please check your bank account statement for the same.

All products that raised requests for returns must be couriered/mail to our warehouse at the below address within 15 days of date of delivery.

The courier bill/receipt should satisfy the following conditions for successful processing and initiating the refund towards the return request raised:

             It should capture the weight of the return package.
             Residential/office address, destination address, shipment date, amount and other details should be mentioned.
             The information on the receipt should NOT be edited/over-written.
             The courier charge (amount mentioned on the receipt) should not overshoot the Sender-Destination-Service combination and shall be cross checked with the courier company.

This is subject to your returns being inspected and successfully processed upon receipt at our end.

For all self-shipped returns, you will be duly reimbursed the shipping cost(s) in form of Returns Cash Voucher of Rs.100 (Conditions Apply) which can be used towards your next purchase.

Once the quality check has been successfully processed, you will be reimbursed with Rs.100 in your Casual365 account in the form of a Cash Voucher.

The Rs.100 Returns Cash Voucher (Conditions Apply) will have to be availed within 90 days and can be redeemed on full priced products and cannot be used on discounted products.

REFUND


Your mode of refund is dependent on which mode of payment you have used to make at the time of placing your order.

I.Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking:

If you had made your purchase through credit card/debit card or net banking we would refund the money into your account via the payment gateway. For refund(s) to your credit/debit card, please note that the refund amount will be credited into the same card, which was used for placing the order.

The time needed for refund is 5–10 business days.

II. C.O.D (Cash On Delivery):

If you have made your purchase using the C.O.D option than you will have to provide us with your bank details to get your refund. Once we have your bank details we would initiate the bank transfer.

The time needed for refund for C.O.D is 2–4 business days.

Please Note: The time mentioned is an estimated time for refund to reflect once initiated from our side. Please check email or SMS for complete details.

The time taken for refund to reflect in your bank account may also depend on your bank.

Our customers are updated at every step of the return process. If the last email update states that the refund has already been initiated, we request you to wait for the duration mentioned in the email.

Note: Depending on the mode of refund, the time taken for the refund to get reflected in your account can vary.

EXCHANGE


Please note that we are only able to offer one time size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it to obtain a refund and purchase the new item separately. Casual365.com offers its customers a 15 DAYS SIZE EXCHANGE/REPLACEMENT SERVICE, wherein you can request for an exchange of a product within 15 days of its delivery. All returns/exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the returned/exchanged product(s) does not pass the quality check at our warehouse, we shall ship it back to you. No refunds or exchanges would be initiated.

Placing your order at C365 is very easy.

Browse by category or search an item of your choice- Click on the product of your choice

When you are ready to add an item to your shopping cart- you need to check the colour, size (if these attributes are applicable) and quantity. Then click on the Add to Cart button.

A small box will appear informing you that the item is in the cart. You may choose to continue shopping or checkout as per your requirements. If you change your mind and want to continue browsing you may do so at any moment during the checkout process. You can continue to add items to your shopping cart until you are ready to Checkout.

You can review and/or change the items in your shopping cart at any time.

     To delete an item, simply click on the cross.
     To change the quantity, simply change the quantity by clicking on + or – button.
     Your order value will be recalculated each time you change the quantity automatically.
     Enter the C365 Voucher/Discount coupon codes as applicable.
     Once you are satisfied with your order, you can start the checking out process by clicking on “Proceed to checkout” on the Shopping Cart page. This takes you to the Checkout page.

Checking Out:

     On the Checkout Page, Click on the login link if you have not logged in. If you do not have an account with C365, don’t worry. Just register a new account. You will find the register link at the top of the page or just besides the login tab on the checkout page.
